Why there are no names or photos here
Many websites fill their team page with stock photos and made-up names. We do not. Repiping Tampa Bay is a small service-area business that connects homeowners with independent contractors. The plumbers who repipe your home work for the contractor you choose, not for us.
The roles behind your request
Inquiry line
Our phone line, (727) 658-5614, is open 24 hours a day. Calls are answered by an automated receptionist that asks for your name, contact details, location and a short description of your plumbing problem. It is not a person, and it does not give quotes or make appointments. Calls may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded and transcribed, with an announcement before the conversation. Inquiry review
Every request, from a call or the estimate form, is reviewed so we can pass on useful details, such as your area, your home's age and what you are seeing, and so you are not asked the same questions twice.
Contractor network
Independent, licensed plumbing contractors serve homeowners across the area. Before a contractor receives inquiries, their license and insurance are reviewed. Please confirm both yourself with Florida's DBPR license search.
Feedback and complaints
If something goes wrong, we respond within 24 hours. See our complaints policy.
What happens after you contact us
- You call or send the form with your name, contact details, location and what is going on.
- Your request is reviewed.
- With your consent, your details are shared with a licensed contractor who serves your area, when one is available for your location.
- The contractor contacts you, visits if appropriate and prepares a written estimate.
- You decide whether to move forward, with whom and on what terms. Submitting a request does not book an appointment or create a contract.
What we do not do
- Inspect, permit, repipe or repair plumbing
- Provide estimates, contracts, schedules or warranties
- Guarantee availability, price or results
- Give insurance advice
